hi,


i plan to make some changes to licq. there are things that shoudl be built,
but aren't being built.

i also want to add a gtk based licq plugin. there are actually people out
there who think that licq = have to use qt, i would like to see that
changed. the gtk based plugin does not have all the fucntions of the qt
plugin right now, but it is usable, and looks quite good too.

what does everyone think?
