If newbies are going to configure stuff it would be best not to even
mention hosts.equiv....this may even be a good opportunity to warn against
the use of hosts.equiv in any circumstance. I do agree with hosts.lpd,
maybe it can be implemented as "Allow these hosts access to your
printer:"
