yes, to most countries anyway. but for a few it's still restricted. banned i

seems reasonable. for now i guess you coudl use --nodeps.

yes, but normally you would not install a corel RPM on mandrake-gnu-linux
...anyway, i wouldn't worry too much, since there aren't too many
"netscape4" pacakges floating around.
