[Cooker] FYI: Secure kernel install

[CPT KIDD]

1)  Installed the "secure kernel" to a single pentium, and it installed it as a
SMP.
  
2)  Also, cenral time (US) is set when not logging into the X desktop.  But once
in X desktop, the time is set correctly.

3) Also, is there a webpage or doc listing differences between the normal
kernel an secure kernel?
