Okay, in /dev a './MAKEDEV isdnbri' will install
all ISDN devices.
That is isdn[0-63], isdnctrl[0-63], isdninfo, ippp[0-63].
isdnctrl should be a link to isdnctrl0.
I think it would be best to include these in the isdn4k-utils
package.
