Well, what version of libjpeg *do* you have? And why not just symlink
to get the one that makes it happy?
And what *is* in the libjpeg download? Why do you "assume" it's in in
the download? Why don't know *know* what's in the download?
And why do you think that fixing the library version will fix a compile
problem?
Do you know the difference between compiling and linking?
And how on earth do expect anybody to help you with something that
won't compile when you don't even include any error messages?
