Use rsync to mirror the tree (mirror the RPMS dir only
if on a slow connection) into some directory readable
by your ftp server.
And, then use autorpm (cooker contribs) to update by
ftp from your machine itself. Since cooker is a dev.
distro, packages *will* have problems, so it requires
some supervision.
