I installed mod_perl-1.22, and that solved half of the
problem.
Now it is failing on mod_ssl; I guess we need new
mod_ssl packages:
[root@fulgore:~]# /etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd start

/etc/httpd/conf/ssl/mod_ssl.conf:
Cannot load /usr/lib/apache/libssl.so into server:
