Because I am facing a freeze and can not recompile again. I know this
method works with all compatability issues, requests, gripes, etc. This
does not harm, prevents an ld.so.conf entry, allows the use of a QTDIR
variable, allows existing apps to still run. There is no downside here
with the exception of 6meg space. I can live with this.
