Hello,

Does anyone know why the kcmlaptop panel docking 'bit' fails to appear in the
panel in the latest versions of kde ?

If you start kcmlaptop and refresh the 'dock into panel' feature it appears in
the panel.

If you stop and restart kde the applet does not appear in the panel (like other
panel applets do).

I cannot remember which version of kde this stopped working with, but it is
quite recent.
