it is a virtual package.
all ispell-* packages (eg: ispell-en, ispell-fr, ispell-es,...) provide it.
Just do: rpm -Uvh ispell-3.1.20-10mdk.i586.rpm ispell-nl-*.rpm
and it will be happy.
