Hi !
During the installation of Mandrake 7.1 beta (booting from the CD), when
the installation program try to format the drive, I have a message "Device
or recource busy" !!?!
I have try several times, with different installation privilege
"Recommended, Custom, Expert" with the same effect.
I tried to install Mandrake 7.1 beta on a second 13 Gb hard drive
(/dev/hdc) which was already partitioned (by a previous version of
Mandrake). So, I just assign manually the partitions (hdc1=/ , hdc5=/home ,
hdc6=swap , hdc7=/usr). Then I was asking to format and/or to check bad
blocks. No way to success, I have try everything. I always have the error
message "Device or recource busy".
