[Cooker] hydrogen - squid not working correctly in mandrake 7.1beta

has an error about the error file missing, then I did a touch for the
file that it asked for after that it says the there is no host name so i
put the host name in the squid.conf file - never had to do that before ,
after that I quit getting error messages but squid runs less that 3
seconds before shutting it's self down again.
