No, it does NOT gives you the option to choose which version of XFree86.  I think
the reasoning behind this is that most newbies would not understand the impact of
choosing verion 4.0.  This is especially true for those from the M$ world.

On another note, has anyone had a successful FTP installation?  I think I am
getting hit with aforementioned corrupt packages problem.  I have tried it three
times, from different mirrors.

Another weird problem that occurred deals with DiskDrake and the ReiserFS.  After
one unsuccessful FTP installation, I decided to try again.  However, this time I
did NOT re-create the partitions (/boot, /, swaps, and /opt), I merely reformatted
and error-checked them.  After the installation completed, it informed me that it
was unable to mount my root partition.  Any guesses?  I haven't had time to really
look at it yet.
