[Cooker] Updated Packages

Hi to all, I would like to know how to update my installed packages with
the cooker packages, I have made a rsync, so I have all the packages, if I
only want to update those packages I have installed in my sistem... does
this work?

        (i'm in the RPMS folder)
        "rpm -F *" this command only updates the packages previously
installed?
