[Cooker] Bug: Crypto installation

It appears that after the network has not been initialised by the time
the installation asks for crypto settings. I managed to install by
bypassing crypto, and then coming back later after the network has been
brought up.

Oh, and the rescue image on the CD doesn't support reiserFS...
