The best way is if the newest completely bugfixed version of X-CD-Roast
(0.96ex2, source at www.xcdroast.org, source and binary RPMs in Red Hat
6.2). would be installed. One could configure it in nonroot mode (see
README.nonroot) and all users can burn CDs safely. ATTENTION: X-CD-Roast
0.96e as delivered with Mandrake 7.0/7.1 has a bug and the nonroot mode
does not work. The bug is fixed in 0.96ex2.
