When you logon to the k desktop, there is no way to automatically restore the previous kmixer sound settings, This means the kcontrol start-up sound settings will not work, the first time you boot up your machine and logon. --------------------------------------------------------- if you hack the .kdelink file and add -r to the run line it will start with the "last default" settings ([crtl]+1 if you hack it to add -R n you will set it to the nth control set (up to 4 given each set with [crtl]+#)
