[Cooker] swap and premission

when I do a swapon -a -v I get:

swapon: warning: /dev/hda2 has insecure permissions 0660, 0600 sugested
swapon: warning: /dev/hdc2 has insecure permissions 0660, 0600 sugested

How do I set the premission for the swap?
