It's really too late to ask for a new version. You don't need to downgrade your
version if you have installed 1.3.0 now. It will keep working under 9.1.

Lyx 1.3.0 was released at Feb 2, 2003. You are still stuck with 1.2.3. I am
already using 1.3.0 for a lot of texts and dont want to have a downgrade when
installing MDK-9.1. Please upgrade and definately use the QT-Frontend. It
rocks! :-)
