Lenny, my lenny, I allready renamed this package in past... and asked you to remove it because perl-POE-Component-IRC obsolete it (Ben Reser said me perl-Net::IRC is no longer maintain, ect...)
Then, I reask, can you remove definitively ? ;) Else someone really want to keep it in contrib.
