Did a clean install with 9.1 RC2 and in monitor list tried to scroll. All worked
fine this time. Consider bug fixed.

While selecting my monitor, I had a list of options to scroll through. When I scrolled
with the mouse, the entry I am positioned on is repeated during the scrolling process
until I let go of the button, then it updates and corrects. Just a cosmetic issue did
not prevent me from setting up.
