I have no idea what is tampering with this file. I just checked and the above 
happened again. If I edit so that it looks normal:

search localnet.tld
nameserver 127.0.0.1
nameserver 192.168.100.1

And then run this "/sbin/update-resolvrdv" software (what ever purpose it 
has...?)

It looks like this:

search localnet.tld local
nameserver 127.0.0.1
nameserver 192.168.100.1

(more normal)

I could try to reboot or something to see if the file gets mangled again... 
But it won't help much as I don't know which script or software tampers with 
it.
