For the people who find that changing their mouse settings is too complex, I just uploaded a drakclick package into contribs.
It's a quick hack, made with GTK-perl, but it has two buttons to choose the mouse behavior, changes the kdeglobals file, and restarts kdesktop. Enjoy ;-) Jean-Michel
