Makefile sucks ... I have been getting some patches in to fix some
issues ... but many things are not handled well or at all.

Yes, since we still build on 8.0 and have ACLs, CUPS mods/versions,
LDAP, winbind, wins support etc which are available by default on some,
optoinal on others, plus the virus scanners ...
