A better Idea might be to rearrange the CD's to make sure only non-critical, 
smaller and less popluar packages are on it and allow it's size to reach 
700MB. I know lots of users cried foul with 9.0 when the cd's 1 and 2 were 
700MB but there should be less out cry if it's the contrib's/Misc CD thats 
larger than 650MB. Also if it's mainly smaller packages on that CD3 if they 
can't use the 700MB CD they should still be able to download the missing 
packages with out to much difficulty from a contribs Mirror.

The other option would be to simply leave off some of the Smaller non 
critical/uncommon packages to make room. Again they'rd be easy to download if 
needed using dial up or Broadband.
