I also get the XmFontListCreate() message but not the other one. The fontlist
message must be releated to your locale. I'm using de_DE.

I get two error messages if I start nedit from a terminal:
Cannot convert string "FONTLIST" to type FontStruct
XmFontListCreate() is an obsolete function!
Quite easy to reproduce. Using nedit-5.3-3mdk in 9.1 Beta 3.
