new installer is wizard-like, you can go previous less times, but still
sometimes when it's meaningful.
most (all?) problems can be addressed from the Summary screen, when you can
change nearly all configuration settings.

In earlier versions (9.0 & prior), it was possible for most options to back up
to an earlier screen in the install to re-do settings (often needed when some
setting failed). In the 9.1 installer it is necessary to reboot the system to
change installer options. The prior capability should be added back in.
