The bug is reproductible.
2 keymaps are not working properly with languages other than en-gb and en-us.
I filled a bug report at

The ' character is not displayed in the TSE server (it was working well with
rdesktop 1.1)
The parameter send with the -u option is troncated to the 15 first characters
when sent to the Windows XP login dialog.
