update to RC2 did not help. But a clean reinstallation of RC2 helped.
The RC1 installation where an update from MDK 9.0
I should mention, that I use NIS, and the home directories is on the server. I also
log in
from other MDK 9.0 on the same server.

When i click on Removable Media i get the following error:
KDEInit could not start 'kfmclient'
and I cannot get acces to the CD-drive
It is the danish version of KDE
