------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2003-03-11 23:20 ------- Is this related? $ ssh [EMAIL PROTECTED] ssh_askpass: exec(/usr/lib/ssh/ssh-askpass): No such file or directory Write failed: Broken pipe $ urpmf ssh-askpass openssh-clients:/usr/bin/ssh-askpass I used to be able to login this way... something changed with the latest openssh? Stefan ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is. ------- Reminder: ------- assigned_to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] status: RESOLVED creation_date: description: There should be a "Requires: openssh-askpass" in the spec file for kdesdk. Let me explain: on my one 9.1RC2 installation, I use Cervisia extensively. In connection to an CVS repository via SSH, it tries to execute "/usr/bin/ssh-askpass" (The actual binary name might be wrong, I'm doing this from memory since the boix is at home.) Unfortionately it fails since the openssh-askpass package is not installed on that box. Installing the package manually makes the problem disappear. Hence, the dependancy should be there for use of Cervisia with SSH CVS repositories.
