Both Konqueror and Mozilla points to an invalid (probably previous) position where the 
index.htm is stored.  Both browsers point to the location 
/usr/share/doc/HTML/index.html 
where no index.html is found instead of pointing to the correct location that is 
/usr/share/mdk/indexhtml/index.html
