I rebuild console-tools with the modified rc keytable (we don't use any
rc.font anymore  anyway)

The changes to initscripts I put them on CVS; but for console-tools I don't
think there is a cvs module.
(The initscripts changes are needed because it may happen that the font isn't
available before mounting of /usr; so if it fails when only "/" is
mouinted; a second try is done later)
