[Cooker] Bug fixed, how to get it upstream ? (634,3142)

Hi!

I fixed a bug in isdn4net. isdn4net is a package of shellscript and actually 
29k big. Is there any way to get this in ? I have even the source-rpm ready 
to send it to somebody to get it in. It solves actually bug 634 and bug 3142.
