Adding bugs to upgrade versions of software is stupid. Please don't do that.
Using 2.0.x is not a bug. It is also too late to upgrade, and there were
problems with 2.1.x building that I didn't have time to overcome, thus no new
version. It's ok as 2.0.x works just as well and any monkey can build mailman
from source (the rpm is a little trickier).
