------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2003-03-13 10:18 ------- I'm not sure what you're trying to say. If you looked at the other bug, it was the same: new icons had been created in mcc to represent certain functions, but the menu icons didn't reflect that. Please note that this wasn't a capricous bug report; I only wanted to point out that icons were not consistent between references. This would be the same case as a name of a utility changing, but only being updated in one location. I'm not going to try to reopen this report, but I do still see it as a bug. Users expect a certain consistency. If you're going to go to the trouble of making new icons, then it logically follows that you should use them in all of the pertinent locations. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is. ------- Reminder: ------- assigned_to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] status: RESOLVED creation_date: description: (this actually applies to 9.1-19mdk, but not available from Bugzilla menu) Related to bug #3206, there are several entries in the menu for tools that use the old Mandrake icons instead of the new ones that correspond to the (very nice) updated icons in mcc. The items specifically seem to be: Configuration/Hardware (Floppy Formatter, HardDrake) Configuration/Other (Menudrake, Userdrake, X Cron and At frontend) Others could perhaps be updated (Configuration/Other/Change Password) since newer icons exist, but I'm sure that's a "time allowing" project.
