fixing such bug would require quite intrusing changes in gimp. 
it would be better to report such bugs directly to gimp team in gimp's bugzilla at 
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=GIMP

When drawing in freehand mode (pencil or brush) the pixels are not drawed
correctly, when hit the "1" key to fit the zoom 1:1 the pixels look fine, also
when the drawing is performed at 300% zoom the pixels are right but only at 300%
zoom. i tested it on many systems with many gfx cards and the problem persist.
just try to make some curves using the pencil and you will see what i am talking
about, this bug comes from mdk 9.0 and in 9.1rc1 the bug stills
