------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2003-03-13 21:23 ------- Today's cooker still shows the Optiquest as Generic 1024x678 @ 70Hz. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is. ------- Reminder: ------- assigned_to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] status: UNCONFIRMED creation_date: description: I have an Optiquest V75 monitor which used to be detected without fail by 9.0 cookers. At some point, I installed a KVM, and XFDrake couldn't see it as an Optiquest anymore, but showed it as Generic 1024x768 @ 70Hz. I figured this was just the price of having the KVM, and didn't think any more about it. This behavior continued up through the 9.1 cookers until Mar 04, at which time the monitor displayed as "Plug n' Play (Optiquest V75)". I thought "great !". Installing a cooker system today, we are back to a Generic monitor. So, I'm assuming that XFDrake really can see the Optiquest through the KVM (I never really understood why it wouldn't), but either some change since Mar 04 broke correct detection or backed out whatever had gotten it to work.
