Thank you, I found the problem. My LANG env was set wrong. It was because of
script .i18n in my home directory, but I can't determine, which package created
this file. I'v never made this script.
When I removed this file, the ooffice starts without error.
So it wasn't error in OpenOffice, but somewhere else.

If I install OpenOffice.org with OpenOffice.org-l10n-cs, no component will start
$ooffice
( shows splashscreen )

The same is with all conponenets (oodraw, oocalc etc.)
If I install package OpenOffice.org-l10n-en, everything works fine.
