------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2003-03-14 08:15 ------- Another broken sig in Evolution. I'd like to reopen this bug but I cannot. Trying to verify the key, I get: This message is digitally signed but can not be proven to be authentic. gpg: armor header: Version: GnuPG v1.2.1 (GNU/Linux) gpg: Signature made Thu 13 Mar 2003 08:36:13 PM PST using DSA key ID C543B550 gpg: BAD signature from "Quel Qun <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>" If I look at the original message in the sent folder the key is valid: This message is digitally signed and has been found to be authentic. gpg: armor header: Version: GnuPG v1.2.1 (GNU/Linux) gpg: Signature made Thu 13 Mar 2003 08:36:13 PM PST using DSA key ID C543B550 gpg: Good signature from "Quel Qun <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>" I checked the signature in the cooker message from Brian J. Murrell and the sig is found authentic, so the verification routine works. Just sent another message and the sig came back fine so the corruption does not happen all the time. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is. ------- Reminder: ------- assigned_to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] status: RESOLVED creation_date: description: 9.1 Beta 3: With Evolution 1.2.1-1mdk, when I sign a message with GPG, even a simple one line one to myself, the signature does not verify. Others are also unable to verify the signature. 9.1 Beta 2: Since Evolution was not on this set, I grabbed the packages from Ximian for 1.2.1 and GPG signatures worked. 9.1 Beta 1 This was also Evolution 1.2.1-1mdk and GPG signatures did verify under this.
