Hello. I have written the patch of this bug. And you can get it from me. or
you can easyly download files from
http://usta.linux34.com/patch_for_91_tr.tar.bz2 address.
The tarball contains ;
lat5-xx.psfu console font files [ it must be in /usr/lib/kbd/consolefonts ]
tr tr q keyboard [ it must be in xkb/symbols ]
tr_f tr f keyboard [ it must be in xkb/symbols ]
i18n fixed file [ it must be in /etc/sysconfig ]
keyboard fixed file [ it must be in /etc/sysconfig ]
