With Mdk 9.1 rc2 my system reboots twice a day at least without any reason.
Looking at the logs I got

I have got a p4s8x motherboard with SIS648 chipset. I also use the nvidia
propriaritary drivers with a ti 4200.
I have tried to add agp_try_unsupported=1 in an option line in modules.conf and
I will tell you as soon as possible if it solved the problem.
