This isn't a bug as much as request. When I installed 9.1 rc2, the
installation script comes to a point where it asks for me to choose install vs
upgrade. I chose install, but in the next frame decided "Hey, maybe I'll see
what happens with an upgrade" However, there was no "Previous" button in that
screen. Since I hadn't reformatted anything yet, I can't imagine that anything
was committed that couldn't go backwards. You might think about being more
liberal with "Previous" buttons...
