it's not really the problem, kvirc compiles fine, it's the makefile who are 
totally b0rked(or was b0rked at beta1, now taken to another level) when it 
comes to installation, it places files at alot of weird places and it's just 
too much trouble that I feel like it's worth hacking on

try for yourself and you'll see what I mean:)
