Using 9.1RC2, default language Korean
Open Konqueror (www.google.com will do), and set ami (Korean input tool) to
Korean. Type something in the text field and hit enter. Whatever was typed gets
scrambled, characters are repeated, etc.
This affects file / folder names, as well as all input in text fields.
