This normally happens when there is no Ghostscript interpreter set in the
settings for KGhostview. Do this by:

Settings->Configure KGhostview->Ghostscript, and enter "gs" in the "Interpreter"
field, click OK, and choose "View->Reload".

Anyway, this works for a new account in 9.1rc2 (with some updates from cooker)
also, whereas I did see this problem in 9.1rc1 (IIRC). 

Since I am not sure if anything was actually fixed, marking as WORKSFORME.

With the default mdk configuration if one loads a pdf with kghostview, it does 
nothing. It just opens a blank window, no error message. It just doesn't work, 
almost as though there was no file at all. (It seams to be true of all pdfs as 
far as I can see)
