Ouch...
I noticed that ldetect-lst database has been altered...
lspcidrake -v states:
3c90x : 3Com Corporation|3c920 Tornado [NETWORK_ETHERNET] (vendor:10b7
device:9201 subv:1043 subd:80ab)
WHO has changed it ... ???
the correct line for the database is:
0x10b7 0x9201 "3c59x" "3Com Corporation|3c920 Tornado"
as stated in this message:
http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=mandrake-cooker&m=104352772601298&w=2
This HAS to be fixed before the release...
Thomas

description:
Drakconnect seemed to detected the nvidia south bridge NIC ok and would tell me
that it had written the configuration, however when I tried to bring up eth0
there was nothing there. I appears as if drakconnect is doing everything but
actually writing the configuration.
System: Athlon 2700+, Asus mobo A7N8X (nforce2), 1G DDR ram, Hercules Prophet
