mjpegtools had in 9.0 even MMX switched off. Not really usefull.

Some thoughts from me:

13. (or 12a ;)) Make dialup for user more easy. I don't like SuSE but their 
kinternet is a good example how it should be done. 

In these point I could think of:
        - configure one standard application for the given dial-up type ready to use
        - point these out, or in case its in kicker or a gnome applet start it
        - fix some isdn-stuff
        - make use of group pppusers for all kind of dialup connections and set
          rights accordingly
