What info do you need (bug was marked as NEEDINFO)?
In my original report, I said that time needed a Requires: info-install, but of
course, it's a PreReq:, not a Requires.

Because time's postinstall scriptlet needs to run /sbin/install-info, a
Requires: info-install is needed in time's RPM SPEC file. Otherwise
/sbin/install-info might not be available when time is installed, even if it's
installed later in the same batch.
