New package suggestion: create BugDrake, a place where users can submit a bug
report about any arbitrary problem. These reports would be checked by the
distro company. If it was an actual bug (as opposed to a misconfiguration or
non-RTFMer) they could send it to the appropiate team.

This way the distro acts as a filter (or abstraction layer :) between users and
programmers. A new user might not know who to talk to about a problem in GNOME
-- is it part of Helix, Gnome-core libraries, the Gnome terminal team...? If
he sends his bug report to one place (and provides enough info), then they
could figure out which group to send the report to.
